Created after 9-11-2001, the Department of Homeland Security consolidated numerous agencies' data centers for central management. GDIT plays a key role in the Department's IT integration strategy through its Data Center-1 program. GDIT's DC-1 program is committed to delivering an efficient, responsive, and mature data center operation through excellence in service delivery, performance, and continual service improvement.
Support Business Managemet and Operations for DC1/Stennis Contract in areas of: --
Perform SalesForce.com (SF) data management, analysis and reporting related to DC1 Program and related business Unit (DC1/XaaS)
Support "SF for DC1" initiative to include requirements capture, functionality reviews, testing, coordination of communications with stakeholders, and transition of legacy data and reporting from OPTRAK to SF for DC1
Support DC1 Engagement Process activities including, but not limited to, ROM and Proposal packaging, QA, vendor and quote support, and status reporting.
Provide DC1 new business and execution reporting support and analytics
BS/BA or equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience.
Intermediate MS Excel Level user is required.
