As a Specialized Customer Support Assistant II, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
There are currently 2 staff employees that work with the contractor
The office assists with day-to-day interactions with officers, including answering TELOS-related questions, and distributing materials
The candidate will sit in a high traffic area within the office
The candidate focus will be on building trust and relationships with program customers. Since travelers work in hard environments, it is essential to understand the traveler's history, story, needs and help them by providing the right services to them
This position requires the ability to travel locally to transport materials between the office and the human performance facility
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
This position is for one FTE (1860) hours, Preferred schedule from 7-3 or 8-4
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
The position is on customer site
