Systems Engineer Expert

Our work depends on TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER EXPERT joining our team to articulate and lead technical evaluations of software development projects to ensure system compatibility for optimal system performance; collaborate with business users to triage requirements and perform current state system analysis; and establish integrated project team structure and assignments.


HOW A SYSTEMS ENGINEER EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Works with product owners, stakeholders, IT managers and developer teams to deliver full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from inception to roll-out.
● Gathers and analyzes business requirements and converts them into effective Salesforce solutions.
● Attends customer meetings and interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field (not required)
● Required Experience: 15+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills:

  • Writing functional and technical specifications of modern and legacy systems 
  • Implementing scalable customer and system requirements and solutions to meet future mission needs 
  • Professional understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle, the System Engineering Life Cycle, and the ability to comprehend user business needs and concerns and integrate that understanding with technical skills


● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Poly
● Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Complete research of emerging technologies to determine impact on application/system integration and execution. Draft project briefings, conceptual whitepapers, program planning, and other foundation documents.
  • Overseeing/providing guidance to peer and subordinate staff, and developing strategic plans for current and future activities. Experience managing a team of ~20 employees.

● Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ICD 503 , NIST SP 800-53 and 800-37 publications and practical implementation
  • Experience managing low-code development activities within PaaS environments (ServiceNow, Salesforce)
  • Documented experience with using metrics to drive decision making and innovation

● Location: On Customer Site
