Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

  • Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.

  • Support the PMO to successfully manage the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract to include but not limited to: Budget Analysis, Monthly Burns, cost estimations, monthly invoices.

  • Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that performance, cost, and schedule objectives are met (ensuring billing, invoicing and financial aspects are aligned with contract’s cost structure).

  • Review financial statements with the PMO to successfully recommend financial data, metrics, burn analysis, and cost projections such as but not limited to ODCs, Labor, and Travel.

  • Provide travel assistance and track expense report completion.

  • Provide remote on-boarding assistance for new employees.

  • Calculate and process housing and relocation cost agreements for OCONUS assignments.

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of current progression status and critical path implications. Extract or compile data from supporting financial management systems to provide managers with summaries or reports. Maintain copies of all completed Trip Reports; compile and maintain a summary of all long-distance travel including, but not limited to, the name of the employee, location of travel, duration of trip, and Point of Contact (POC) at travel location.

  • Manage the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts

  • Ensure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members

  • Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively

  • Coordinate resolution of production-related problems

  • Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services

  • Minimum Secret clearance upon start and be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

    5+ years of related business or financial analysis experience.

    Experience supporting Government customer/GovCon experience Desired

  • Minimum Secret clearance upon start and be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.
