Job Description

Researches, identifies, tests, implements and leverages technical solutions, including artificial intelligence/machine learning solutions, to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness of a web-based MISO program. Identifies opportunities for technical solutions to improve integration of operational project aspects. Facilitates analysis sessions to define opportunities for new or improved technical infrastructure solutions; this includes testing of emerging technology to meet operational needs and recommending deployment plans. Integrates research and development efforts with project-level efforts within the program to create shared learning and best practices. Maintains current knowledge of applicable and emerging technologies including tools used to analyze internet-based activity.  Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on-call status for periods of time may be required. Requires a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing or a related technical discipline; experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.  Requires 5+ years experience. SECRET clearance required, TS/SCI preferred.
