Provide management of day-to-day operations for Client Engineering tasks
Combine software, hardware, standards and engineering in the development of system architectures
Ensure maintenance of SCCM infrastructure
Lead the SCCM/Vulnerability Management team mentoring junior staff and effectively communicate complex technical challenges to management
Manage the workstation vulnerability management process from notification through confirmation of patch installation
SCCM server administration
Oversee COTS and custom application/software packaging and deployments using SCCM. Ensure appropriate testing of packages is completed prior to deployment
Manage multiple projects using project management principles
Develop and update processes and procedures related to workstation management.
Coordinate updates to images with help desk support teams and change management organization
Serve as extension of customer support center team for technical escalations
Ensure all work is supported by appropriate documentation and resolved/completed within (SLA) service level agreement (incident, problem, service request or project tickets)
Ensure proper solutions and knowledge management best practices are followed, and integrate Continual Service Improvement processes to continually refine and improve image management.
Facilitate the implementation of ITIL standards
Create, update and maintain SOPs
Experience managing engineering teams (5 years)
Workstation & Windows OS image engineering (5 years)
Management of workstations, patching, deployments using SCCM and Group Policy (4 years)
Experience building and maintain relationships with government customer (4 years)
VM Image Creation, VM Image update, Persistent / Non Persistent POOL Creation and Management
Oversight experience with user profiles and tools to manage and maintain them
Experience managing automated image builds and software deployments of COTS and Custom applications
Experience with UAT validation and production software deployments
Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability and experience leading, influencing, negotiating and problem solving
Required Certifications (any one of the following):
MCTS, MCSE, MCSA, or SCCM
ITIL v4 Foundations
VMWare Desktop and Mobility certification or equivalent
