  • Design, deploy, integrate, and maintain on and off premise Exchange Solutions.
  • Experience with Exchange Edge installations and management.
  • Update and maintain Exchange PowerShell Scripts that manage and maintain the production Exchange Environments.
  • Knowledge of ATO and Project Management processes and experience in certifying products for use in production networks.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Vault and the integration process of Enterprise Vault into Exchange Environments.
  • Ability to perform hardware designs for servers and create purchase requests.
  • The Ability to test and vet new hardware solutions as required.
  • Knowledge of Proof point devices to include Internal and External relay abilities.
  • Knowledge of Blackberry UEM and BEMS solutions.
  • Knowledge of CMTAACG for classifying messages
  • Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems
  • Email and Email Retention (Archiving) Engineering
  • Analyze users requirements concept of operations documents and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
  • Analyze system requirements and leads design and development activities
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies
  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology
  • Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations
  • Develop system architecture and system design documentation
  • Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
  • Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts
  • Responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility
  • Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
  • 8570 IAT Level II certification

Education and Experience

  • High School Degree + 10 years of experience
  • Associate Degree + 8 years of experience
  • Bachelor Degree  + 6 years of experience
  • Master Degree + 4 years of experience
  • PhD + 2 years of experience

Security Clearance:

  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
  • Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph if one is not already held
