GDIT is looking for a SENIOR PROGRAM DIRECTOR to program manage and lead delivery of the DES/DHRA/Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC)​, Enterprise Managed IT Services (EMITS) II & Worldwide COTS Hardware, Software, Maintenance & Integration Services II (WWHWSW II) contract.

Candidates must have:

At least 3 Years’ Experience serving as the contractor’s single manager and delivery interface with the Government’s COR and TPOC for Enterprise IT Service delivery contracts of similar size, scope, and contract type: Enterprise IT Service Delivery (Enterprise Infrastructure, CyberSecurity/RMF/Compliance and Cloud Service Provider, Cloud/Application Migration), (250-300 FTE+, $400-$500M minimum), CP/FFP blend. This includes managing multiple concurrent projects at multiple geographic locations, CONUS and OCONUS.

  • Possess an active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification.
  • Experience and ability to plan and execute complex IT tasks and projects effectively with minimal Government direction and oversight.
  • A Bachelors degree in relevant area: business, project/program management, information technology, computer science, etc.
  • Minimum 5 Years of DoD experience
  • Minimum 10 Years Program Management experience, including 3 Years’ Experience on contracts of similar size, scope and contract type
  • Minimum Secret Security Clearance

It is desired that candidates have:

  • 10 Years DoD Experience
  • Masters in Business or Technology desired
  • Experience with delivering cloud programs (AWS, OCI, Google or Azure) for DoD/Intel customer
  • Experience with data center, cloud and application migrations
  • Level III (IAM III) or higher certification, as defined in DoD 8570.01-M and required by DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01).
  • Experience maintaining a network enterprise, managing incidents, and resources
  • Experience implementing CyberSecurity and RMF
  • Experience with Supply Chain management
  • Possess foundational or higher ITIL certification
  • Top Secret Security Clearance
