At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an Administrative Assistant I a typical day will include:
Administrative Assistant will support the office through collection and tracking of transportation requests from customers
The position will require attendance at the weekly Liaison Support Team meeting, the weekly Liaison Support Team/Dispatch/Fleet meeting and the TSC All Hands
The position will interact with the customer via email, chat program, phone or in person and will work side-by-side with the office team and other transportation office elements
Resource will submit access requests for email groups/user accounts
HS Diploma and 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Must possess effective communication skills
Core hours are Monday-Friday 0800-1600
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
