At GDIT, we foster a people-centric environment. As a LiveLink System Support Specialist, you will be trusted to ensure effective, efficient operations of the OpenText Livelink Enterprise Content Management platform.
HOW A SYSTEMS SUPPORT SPECIALIST - LIVELINK WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
By using your knowledge of enterprise content management and OpenText Livelink to streamline MRDC content and knowledge management, while supporting business process automation and reengineering.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Livelink system, including user access, system performance, and application errors.
Performing routine system maintenance tasks, including backups, system updates and patching.
Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement to ensure optimal system performance.
Working with internal teams to develop and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
Design, development and customization of user interface, workflows, Content Server forms including business process reengineering.
User training and outreach.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance
Possess active 8570.01-M baseline certification(s) Security+ CE, CND or equivalent
Strong technical knowledge of the OpenText Livelink ECM platform with proven experience in technical support, configuration, maintenance, administration and troubleshooting of the Livelink platform.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Experience with other ECM platforms is a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 1+ years of experience
