GDIT is seeking an analyst who will serve on our Data Access and Program Management teams supporting the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement. The candidate will be responsible for providing a broad range of support for on-going data matching activities and the team’s operations. Support ranges from reviewing and editing data matching agreements and financial agreements, meeting coordination, action item tracking, and preparing contractual reports. The candidate will also assist with activities supporting the Program Management team, planning and tracking travel authorizations, coordinating cross-team contractual reporting, and meeting coordination.
Main responsibilities include:
Assist team in providing outreach to current and prospective stakeholders, including federal agencies and research partners
Maintain the Data Access Tracking Database and various other tracking mechanisms to monitor activities associated with matching partners
Assist in drafting and reviewing data matching and financial agreements
Assist with processing payments from state agencies
Assist with meeting coordination and planning, including the development of agendas for meetings; communicate meeting dates, times, and locations; prepare materials for meetings; and prepare and disseminate meeting summaries and action items
Coordinate and collate contractual reporting for the team, including weekly and monthly status reporting and monthly master schedule updates
Coordinate team review of draft Action Item updates
Assist with team review and preparation of draft Action Item updates
Assist attorneys in coordinating and ensuring issues matrix is current and up-to-date
Review travel authorization requests and coordinate client review; track travel requests through approval and submission. Review travel invoices for accuracy against approved travel requests
Assist with coordination and review of on-boarding and off-boarding documentation
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 plus years of relative working experience or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education.
Experience researching, organizing, and presenting information for planning and tracking purposes
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, respond well to ad hoc tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the understanding to ask questions when necessary to clarify understandings and make progress
Editing skills for their own work and the work of others
Effective interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation
Experience using Microsoft suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
5 plus years of overall work experience.
The work location for this position is the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) office at Federal Center, SW in Washington, D.C.
Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: No Active Clearance Required
