Assist Coalition Forces with requests for logistics support, supplies, services, and equipment. Manages property accountability or U.S. loaned equipment per Army regulations. Acts as a Liaison to coalition units to capture reimbursement information for U.S. services in accordance with acquisition and cross-servicing agreements (ACSA). Generates and coordinates documentation for the federal excess personal property (FEPP). Establishes or maintains accountable property policy through interpretation and implementation of directives from higher authority for Coalition Forces. Develops and coordinates a wide variety of supply, equipment, and maintenance management concepts/procedures for implementation. Develops, integrates, and executes life cycle policy for the acquisition, accounting, cataloging, and management of all personal property used by the Coalition Forces. Develops equipment management program policy for life cycle management of all property under Coalition Force control.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS. Minimum qualifications required:
Possess a military background as a U.S. Army Global Force Manager having attained the grade of E6, CW2, O3 or higher with an accumulation of at least three years of property management and supply action experience Two (2) years’ of operational experience with The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) and GCSS-A. Ability to respond rapidly and sufficiently to changing requirements, unexpected contingencies and other challenging situations. Ability to manage available resources in time sensitive situations. Communication in cross-cultural and multi-cultural environment in written and oral formats. If requested and validated by the government, must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
