GDIT’s Strategy and Performance Group includes over 80 individuals with backgrounds spanning all phases of the human capital lifecycle. We employ professionals with backgrounds in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, human resource management, operations research, statistics, strategic planning, public policy, public administration, economics, communications, business administration, systems engineering, and project management. GDIT’s consultants work with federal government clients to develop, implement, evaluate, and improve human capital processes and programs. Our projects frequently involves workforce planning, organizational culture change, data analytics, survey research, program evaluation, organizational strategy consulting and assessment design.We are looking for a human capital consultant to:
Work closely with our clients to provide them human capital consultation, design and facilitation of timely and appropriate solutions (e.g., including diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, team building, communication planning, workforce planning, competency modeling).
Preform a myriad of data collection methods and statistical analyses to include visualizing data and communicating the meaning of the results to non-technical stakeholders,
Meet and work with our clients to ensure their satisfaction while remaining within an efforts’ scope,
Facilitate workshops and meetings up with various stakeholders, and
Write technical reports and delivering presentations.
Qualified applicants should meet the following criteria:
MS in Industrial/Organizational psychology (or a related field) and 3+ years of consulting experience
Experience working with government clients (desirable)
Experience developing and/or supporting organizational diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
Experience facilitating focus groups or workshops with subject matter experts and stakeholders
Knowledge of statistical techniques and proficiency with SPSS, Excel, Tableau and/or other data management, analysis, and
Ability to work on collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to utilize of SharePoint as a super user, MS Teams and Web Ex
Current DHS U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) BI Clearance or Top Secret/Secret Clearance preferred or must have the ability to obtain one.
