GDIT has an immediate opening for an INTERNATIONAL BENEFITS ANALYST who will support the administration for non-U.S. companies and the Foreign Employee Workforce, as part of the International Human Resources (IHR) team at GDIT. The position will support a growing global footprint by structuring and organizing a comprehensive international benefits program for 25+ countries worldwide. You will be an individual contributor to support the management and administration of international benefits programs that are legally compliant and attractive for recruitment and retention, aligned to company benefits strategy. The position will act as the backup support for other responsibilities within the IHR FEW department, including administration and processing of compensation programs, Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance programs, and assisting with employee records, data entry, and related HR administration.
This position can be 100% remote but candidate should be located in the DC metro area.
