  • Assist with creation of Purchase requisitions in the GDIT Procurement system (SC360). This includes managing the Purchase requisition process for labor, ODCs, MAT, and Travel.
  • Review financial statements with the PMO to successfully recommend financial data, metrics, burn analysis, and cost projections such as but not limited to ODCs, Labor, and Travel.
  • Provide travel assistance and track expense report completion.
  • Provide on-boarding assistance for new employees.
  • Calculate and process housing and relocation cost agreements for OCONUS assignments.
  • Provide cost comparisons and analyses of recommended vendors to manage costs on supplies and services.
  • Requires the ability to perform work under continuous deadline pressure.
  • Collaborate effectively with site POCs and internal teams.
  • Provide customer service support via email and phone.
  • Attend weekly project related meetings.
  • Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services
  • Minimum Secret clearance upon start and be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
