Our work depends on a QA Engineer joining our team to support the CMS Quality Data Analytics and Services (QDAS) contract.

A QA Engineer: 

Plans and develops Test Plans and Test Cases to ensure development outputs meet defined. 

Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities. 

Assists in the control/monitoring of equipment preventive maintenance and health checks.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Reviewing and evaluates software products and systems to ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards.

Developing software/systems testing procedures and conducts tests.

Designing and implement testing plans for IT related products and services.

Identifying test procedures and scenarios for the quality control of IT products and services.

Providing cross functional support to help resolve defects and errors of IT products.

Assessing performance of IT products and services to ensure they meet established quality standards.

Collecting and communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to various IT teams.

Resolving product issues and track progress. Liaise with other IT functions when needed.

Identifying areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.

Ensuring that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology and trends in IT quality assurance


BA/BS and or , 1+ years of work experience.

Functional knowledge of Agile Principles and Methodologies.

US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Experience with telecommuting, working from a home office

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
