Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.
Provides configuration management support to assigned projects
Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more contract programs.
Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).
Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
Performs business development activities.
Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees, and may have supervisory responsibility.
May serve as a team or task leader.
Participates in special projects as required.
BA/BS in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
8+ years of experience related finance or business analysis experience.
Typical work schedule is M-F / 8 hrs per day with the potential for off-hours / weekend launch event support.
Certifications Required: Minimum Security +
TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Manage all configuration and engineering documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Documentation includes facility maps, site floor plans, rack elevations, patch panel, equipment shelf layouts, system overviews, circuit drawings.
Develop and maintain comprehensive web site pages arranged so that technicians can intuitively navigate to find desired information.
Maintain configuration management database information to ensure accurate records for all systems and circuits maintained.
Provide planning and engineering of communications requirements for the installation of new systems and facilities.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of engineering documentation for all equipment / system installations and upgrades. Work closely with technicians to ensure they thoroughly understand the plans and documentation.
Work with satellite and launch vehicle customers to define their communications requirements, engineer solutions, and develop supporting documentation. Assist technicians to ensure readiness of systems to support launch activities.
Employee will learn and support launch mission video. Security + is a requirement.
