Systems Engineer Senior

Our work depends on an experienced Senior Systems Engineer joining our team to work side-by-side with the government at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dahlgren Division’s Weapons Control & Integration Department (H Dept).
HOW A SYSTEMS ENGINEER SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems.
- Operate as part of the contract leadership to translate customer requirements into actionable workflows; marshal resources and facilitate development of technologically sound solutions.
- Operate as part of a development team that provides capabilities to multiple areas of the Armed Forces including Navy, Marine Corps and Special Forces.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.
- Required Experience: Ten (10) years professional technical experience including at least five (5) years specialized experience in the areas of requirements analysis, concept development, design, integration, and engineering. Specialized experience shall also include systems requirements management, systems engineering design, systems engineering, software tools, and systems engineering processes.
- Security Clearance Level: Active DoD Secret Clearance is required. Ability to gain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance is desired.
- Location: Hybrid – Company Site and customer site (on DoD Base)
