Upgrade, document and maintain a converged and hyper converged VMware vSphere Data Center

Develops technical solutions for the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures

Conduct upgrades of VMware vSphere 6.7 environment to VMware vSphere 7.0

Utilize VMware Lifecycle Manger (LCM) to update VMware solutions

Manage NetApp storage solution in conjunction with Cisco UCS hardware

Leads efforts to ensure data/media recover-ability by following a schedule of system backups and database archive operations

May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

BA/BS or equivalent, 8+ years of experience

Certifications desired:

CCNA Switch/Route

NetApp NCDA

VMware Certified Professional VCP 6.x or higher

Certifications required:

DoD 8570

ITIL 3 or higher
