Microsoft Gold Engineer - Secret Clearance - Wiesbaden, Germany
Works with a team of Administrators, Engineers and Architects to build server and application architectures and the administrative operation and maintenance of server hardware and software in a virtual data center.
A candidate for this certification should have experience in Windows Server 2019 Hybrid as well as advanced experience and knowledge of IT, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, and data platforms. In addition, this role should have expert-level skills in Microsoft product configuration networking, storage, and security administration and have experience with Azure development and DevOps processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
10+ years of related Systems Engineering experience.
Excellent communication skills; shows tact, effective listening skills and follow through
Provides technical guidance and leadership to engineers with less experience
Can create effective and clear documentation (EIP, Build Guides, TTP, etc.)
Detail oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of work
Able to review the work of others and detect errors or needed modifications
Secret Level Security Clearance
Candidate must be able to meet German TESA requirements.
Candidate must possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification on Day 1.
Candidate must possess Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Candidate must obtain ITIL Foundation certification within 90 days of hire.
