GDIT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help support our Identity & Credential Enterprise Solution and Services (ICEs2) program.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and developing government requirements to ensure the system meets the functional, technical and security requirements. You will also be responsible for the system documentation.
This position is 100% remote.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Collect and develop government requirements to ensure the system meets the functional, technical and security requirements; create documentation as needed
Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives
Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems.
Coordinates with business and technology teams
Provides expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for basic business process engagements
Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices
Partners with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance
BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
5+ years’ experience
Application Development experience
Department of Defense (DoD) experience
Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) experience
The likely salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
