GDIT is looking for a motivated candidate to fill the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) Systems Integration Lead position for the MTC on Camp Humphreys in South Korea. This position requires a candidate with a solid Military Intelligence background and experience to operate and employ the integration of IEWTPT capabilities into exercise planning construct to meet designated unit collective training objectives.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsible for planning and coordination in the delivery of intelligence centered training support.
Maintaining all applicable DISA and NIST STIG checklists to preserve accreditation, for all network, server, and management devices connected to the training system at the MTC in South Korea.
This position will require support to exercise design and integration of Intelligence Simulation capabilities into training events to meet unit objectives for mission command operations.
This position requires development of scenarios, scenario products, and scenario databases in support of unit training.
Provides intelligence simulation support to Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming integrated events more specifically to operate constructive simulations. (e.g. JLCCTC-MRF 8.1 and Low Overhead Stimulations (LOTS and iLOD)).
Additionally, may be asked to provide coaching and mentoring to brigade and battalion staffs as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on IEWTPT and WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM).
Supports unit After Action Reviews (AAR) by assisting with producing products as needed for the unit AAR lead.
Desirable Skills / Experience:
Competed Captains Career Course, Advanced NCO Course, Battle Staff Course, Intermediate Level Education or equivalent level military schooling.
Experience within the Intelligence Warfighting Function with a background in one or more of the Intelligence systems associated with the IEWTPT system desired.
Experience assigned to a Battalion or Brigade S2 staff.
Experience in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and ability to instruct MDMP is preferred.
Experience with Army Mission Command and Intelligence Collection software systems (e.g. DCGS-A).
Proficient with U.S. Army Doctrine: Unified Land Operations, Operations Process, Mission Command, Training Units and Developing Leaders and Army Leadership.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint software programs.
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Current DoD 8570.01-M IAT level I Cyber Security Workforce baseline certification (e.g. A+, Network+, CCNA-Security, SSCP).
Achieve a Computing Environment certification within 6 months of employment in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M.
Possess an adjudicated U.S. Top Secret Clearance with Special Compartmentalized Information caveat (TS/SCI).
Must be able to obtain/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
