Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business as a Recruitment Coordinator II at GDIT. Working on the HR team, you’ll become an integral part of how GDIT is able to ensure the safety and security of our nation.
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Recruitment Coordinator II, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Recruitment Coordinator joining our team to support the recruitment of candidates in support of multiple operational requirements.
They identify the appropriate mix of valued skills and experiences necessary for operational requirements and move candidates toward successful employment approval.
HOW RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
This Recruitment Coordinator II performs the following core functions:
Work closely to identify possible sources of high quality, diverse talent with critical skills
Contribute to planning recruitment strategies and processes
Participate in in-person candidate screening, offering recruitment best practices and measuring the effectiveness of efforts
Work with project leads to ensure candidates are processed accurately for employment approval Compile hiring statistics, provide analysis based on hiring statistics and assist with resource planning in support of recruitment efforts
Performs other duties as assigned at the discretion of Project Management
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science or four (4) years of relevant experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience plus education.
Willingness to travel domestically 25-50%
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, including occasional evening and weekend hours
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated project coordination skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate expertise or experience with candidate recruitment initiatives and processes. This includes developing hiring requirements, managing requirements through the hiring process, candidate sourcing, candidate screening and/or evaluations and recruitment data management.
Proven customer service skills and demonstrated teamwork
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with in-person candidate screening and off-boarding
Excellent decision-making skills and initiate
Ability to represent the office in a responsible and professional manner
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active TS/SCI with Poly with most recent BI/Poly dates within the last five years
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience designing and administering benefits and compensation
