The candidate will review and proofread hard/electronic documents to reduce systems issues and errors. They will work with customers to resolve any system error messages and provide guidance to customers on how to correct any errors. They will retrieve information or documents from databases and the Internet. They will possess clear and concise verbal/written communication skills to support the role of the main POC for the electronic filing personnel system and the data requirements. They must be attentive to details while juggling multiple priorities. The candidate will track, analyze and prepare metrics for the office as required. They will be responsible to pull ad hoc/canned reports. Candidate is the only one to perform these functions but several other team members serve as backups in the event of candidates absence.
