Ability to execute a variety of routine to complex administrative functions, lead related planning and activities, and prioritize tasks and workflow. Experience in office administration and calendar management with an ability to adapt to and manage changing work requirements, priorities, and ambiguous actions/taskings. Excellent oral and written communications skills with an ability to compose and deliver responses to customers questions in a clear and concise manner. Ability to prepare clearly written text for memos, emails, etc. with minimal editing. Excellent customer service and ability to anticipate and address sponsor requirements. Excellent planning and organization skills for systematically coordinating, tracking, and maintaining accurate records and file/data management. Strong interpersonal skills to successfully interact with a diverse workforce population and with all levels lot Sponsor Organization, Sponsor Community, and OGAs. Arrival/Departure time: 7 am to 3 pm, 8 am to 4 pm, or 9 am to 5 pm.
