1. Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization, including contracts, facilities planning, finance, human resources, recruiting, logistics, property management, purchasing and/or security.2. May perform tasks relative to the control of company and/or government property assigned to the organization.3. May maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports.4. Coordinates program purchase orders for subcontractor labor hours.5. Provides backup support to the program Resource Manager, in coordinating technical screenings and interviews with candidates, using enterprise tools.6. Participates in special projects as required.7. Experience with Microsoft Office required. Additional Duties Include:

Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures
Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies, and analyzes data and information from multiple sources
May prepare project schedules and statistical reports

May assist in establishing budgets and schedules, monitoring performance against plan

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent experience, 0-2 years of related administrative and analytical experience.
