Property Administrator Senior

HOW A PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations

  • Leads inventory control efforts for all program government property (excluding GFE and facilities property). Focuses daily activities on the conformity of stocking processes, parts labeling, cycle counting, and tasks related to the reduction of inventory shortages.
  • Executes cycle counting program for all government property.
  • Coordinates annual inventory for company-controlled government property.
  • Creates customer facing reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Investigate inventory variances to correct on-hand carrying counts and identify root cause to recommend operational changes to eliminate future occurrence.
  • Analyzes stocking issues and trends to maintain inventory accuracy levels and administer control practices and procedures.
  • Executes all necessary inventory changes in contract’s inventory management system.
  • Supports all inventory control activities preformed on the contract as required.
  • Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
  • Manages and monitors Warranty, Repair and Excess activities.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
● Required Experience: 5 years (8+ preferred) of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
● Security Clearance Level: Secret
● Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to lift 50lbs, Forklift operation, clear written and verbal communication, able to work in Warehouse environment with steel toed shoes.
● Preferred Skills: -    Advanced knowledge of property administration including ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, material handling, and property
accountability
