Join General Dynamic Information Technology’s (GDIT’s) Defense Division to provide Business Process Analysis (BPA), Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Training Manager Services for an exciting new contract.  As Manager of BPA, OCM, and Training you will be responsible for design, documentation, implementation and management of BPA, OCM and Training services for a global hybrid cloud capability.  Duties include comprehensive business process analysis focused on leading delivery of enterprise change management; surveying user communities, collaborating with leadership on Training Strategy & Planning, and overseeing delivery of enterprise training implementations, using various methods to user communities of all sizes and levels.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop BPA, OCM and Training Strategies to support VIP users.
  • Responsible for developing requirements documents and other project related artifacts associated with project.
  • Interview and interface with customers and other value streams to obtain needed business requirements.
  • Verify completion of requirements with customer and service providers, ensure expectations are appropriately met.
  • Provide additional support and guidance to customers during the implementation phase to include development of training resources (Training Plan, Curriculums, Job-Aids, Reference Guides and User Manuals).
  • Identify risks and constraints in relation to identified requirements.
  • Participate as a domain expert in customer-facing meetings.
  • Authorship of formal contractual deliverables to prepare end users and technical teams for large-scale enterprise migrations.
  • Author reports and deliver briefings to communicate project status and risks to executive leaders and senior government officials.

Required Qualifications:      

  • BA/BS and 8+ years of BPA, OCM and Training Leadership experience in addition to 3+ years of Cloud Service experience; additional experience / certifications may be considered in place of education.
  • Professional Certifications required. BPA, OCM, Training, PMI PMP, Six Sigma or equivalent certification(s) preferred.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Expertise of BPA, OCM and Training principles, methods, and techniques as well as knowledge of the associated processes and methodologies.
  • Expertise in DoD Cloud Computing Strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Ability to motivate teams to perform exceptionally over long stretches of time and in challenging situations.
  • Experience collaborating in agile large team environments and working to an Integrated Master Project Schedule.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Experience developing and maintaining system lifecycle documentation.
  • Experience working with business processes and re-engineering.
  • Experience capturing requirements.
  • Business processes and business analysis experience in a system engineering or software application environment.
  • Experience with hybrid and cloud service delivery models.
  • Expertise with Cloud Service Offering Migrations.
  • O365 Enterprise Organizational Change Management experience preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office 365 training, deployment and migration.
  • Experience with managed service delivery models.
