Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements. Develops and conducts related tests
• Responsible for day-to-day implementation of the QM program and resolution of site-specific quality issues • Implements the quality system quality records and summary reports on quality for management review • Analyzes quality data collected and recommends quality monitoring changes to the Program Manager • Maintains Work Instructions and all controlled documents except those relating to HR • Ensures that all site personnel are trained in the quality aspects of their job • Recommends changes to the Quality Control Plan to the Program Manager • Performs incoming inspections on consumables received. • Conducts Test Requisitions on consumables that fail visual inspection, hologram and laminate that have a new lot number and/or manufacture date, pre-production paper products and out of sequence card stock. • Initiates Corrective Actions for materials that fail to meet quality standards
