Demonstrated experience providing direct support to training
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in at least one of the following: training/instruction, technology, team leadership, process improvement
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Experience supporting specialized training programs supported by 500+ personnel
Experience as a role player supporting training
Experience training, mentoring, and developing the skills of a workforce
