Job Description

Join General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. The MCNOSC PKI team is searching for an Implementation Planner/Registration Authority to join their team in Quantico, VA.

The PKI RA section is a fast-paced work environment and serves as the only PKI Enterprise help desk in the USMC providing professional and courteous support to customers located throughout the world to include tactical environments.

You will:

  • Provide implementation and planning support in the development, writing, and updating of documentation as required in support of USMC PKI initiatives.
  • Scan and archive RA Operations documents to the Document Storage and Retrieval System (DSRS). Assist RA Operations with token formatting and enrolling and updating enrollment and revocation database as necessary.
  • Assist Procurement and Logistics with shipping requests as necessary. Submitting shipment information into online database and managing tracking information.
  • Coordinate and communicate with over 76 commands throughout the USMC for Operational Directive SIPR Token Issuance. Develop, improve, and maintain a compliance tracking spreadsheet.
  • Prepare and analyze data provided to the Contract Lead and PKI Section Head for Operations Center Briefings. Compile monthly reporting metrics.
  • Process and track all Trusted Agent applications.  Maintain up to date Trusted Agent SharePoint database. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 4 years of relevant Implementation Planning/RA support experience
  • Security+ certification
  • ITILv3 Foundations - must be able to obtain within six months of starting
  • Secret clearance
