Looking for a SharePoint developer to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment. The customer mission focuses on deeply technical signal engineering work, and a SharePoint developer is needed to maintain a wide array of SharePoint-based websites.
Job duties include performing maintenance on existing SharePoint websites; creating new SharePoint websites to fulfill emerging business workflow needs; automating office processes to create workplace efficiencies; leveraging SharePoint, Outlook and Active Directory to enforce accesses and business processes; analyze and modify existing workflow processes to realize efficiencies; test, debug and implement new SharePoint technologies as they are released.
Required and Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience designing and/or building SharePoint-based websites
Thorough understanding of SharePoint capabilities and limitations
Demonstrated ability to merge SharePoint websites with other technologies to automate business process workflow
Excellent communication skills, to include verbal and written
Ability to distill user requirements into specific technology capabilities and interactions
Experience generating systems designs for SharePoint-based web applications
Strong organizational skills
Experience automating systems outside of a SharePoint environment
Programming experience in any language
Experience analyzing and improving business processes
