Our work depends on Procurement Analyst Senior joining our Classified/Restricted team as part of our Supply Chain organization. This Associate will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating strategic procurements that are aligned with enterprise strategies and objectives. This team’s main responsibility is facets of procurement (hardware, software, services) for our Classified & Dedicated programs.

HOW A PROCUREMENT ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Manage the procurement process for both indirect (internal GDIT customers) and direct (government customers) procurements.  
• Sourcing execution in compliance with the various regulatory requirements imposed upon GDIT Supply Chain by its customers, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and leverage the market strength of GDIT, recognize market conditions, and strive to maximize value obtained from each procurement action.
• Management of RFQ/RFP’s from drafting, bidder communication, negotiation, and execution
• Completion of sourcing checklist (includes single/sole source justification, price analysis, individual screening requirements, etc.
• Ensures high internal customer satisfaction.
• Supports the implementation of process improvements and streamlined procedures whenever possible

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in government contracts and/or strategic procurement
• 2+ years’ experience managing and executing services agreements
• Experience in written/oral communications at all levels of the company.
• Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data.
• Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented individual who works quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process.
• Location: Hybrid
