Supervises information systems professionals and may spend a portion of time performing the work of those they supervise
May be responsible for the development of policies and procedures
Develops and administers schedule and performance requirements
Collaborate with other departments to prioritize information systems needs
Keeps well-informed of new technologies and industry best practices and trends
May oversee ordering process to meet objectives effectively and economically
May manage vendor relationships and billing reconciliations
SCOPE OF ROLE: Supervises a small team focused on one or a few disciplines. Low complexity. Direct reports are typically non-exempt
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
Must be 8570 compliant
Active TS/SCI Clearance Required with Poly
Must be able to multi-task
A team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Must possess good communication and customer service skills
Shift: Monday - Friday between the hours of 6am-6pm including some weekends and holidays
