  • Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation.

    Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.

Provides current and emergent intelligence to include situational awareness, operational reporting, and intelligence sharing among IC and organizational stakeholders.

Participates in meetings to provide forms and/or appointment feedback Interfaces by phone throughout the process to assist with resolution of issues and minimize loss of quality products Provides general administrative support such as filing, creating presentations on candidate status, writing memos, and taking notes during meetings with candidates related to processing Maintains product status within electronic systems for tracking and accountability Coordinates with the client to respond to candidate inquiries related to offers and the clearance process Coordinates with stakeholders to schedule appointments related to the security and processing requirements Identifies and tracks metrics for the client Provides on-site support to all meetings related to processing to include providing guidance and instructions to stakeholders to ensure proper precautions are employed Coordinates travel for meetings Provides uninterrupted support which may include evenings and weekends to maintain situational awareness of the Process Prepares reports as required by the client Travels 25-50% of the time


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of experience
