Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing business systems
Seasoned professional with 6+ years of recent Business Intelligence development and deployment experience
Proven capability of documenting and developing enterprise data models, ensuring consistency in validations and reporting Document and develop end user visualizations and reporting applications Experience with predictive analytics and modeling
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and developers throughout the organization to enhance the data architecture in order to develop complex multi-stream data models
Experienced in collecting and composing detailed system requirements, implementation, and upgrade documents such as SDD's, ICDs, entity diagrams, validation routines, and end-to-end integration test scenarios
Capable of working with the BICOE Team leads to refine, standardize, and document operating processes Experience in debugging and validating data models and end user applications.
Work independently and with end-users to identify and cleanse/correct source-system data issues
Update and maintain the BI data dictionary, including custom attributes and metrics
Proven capability to work in both independent and group settings
Experience with Qlik Sense required. Experience working for a Fortune 500 is desired

What will a typical work day look like? Is this a team setting? Working onsite with DAU stakeholders and other business unit professionals. Typically 9-5 or 8-4 in terms of hours. Very much a team setting.
What are the top 3 skillsets the candidate should have? Must have very high critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence. Must be able to multitask, handle high stress, and work with tight deadlines. The work environment is challenging but very rewarding. Must have programming background, analytical business intelligence experience, and experience with Qlik is required. Must have programming and debugging skills.
What is the interview process (phone then in-person or only phone, etc.)? Phone initially - can expect two or more in person interviews onsite at DAU. This candidate must be approved by the business unit Director/CFO and will require references be provided.
BA/BS Technical field, MS preferred
6 years experience with Business Intelligence development and deployment.
Demonstrated capability to structure and model data.
Expertise in SQL and / or set analysis scripting.
Experience with design and development of enterprise data models.
Experience developing end user visualization and reporting applications
Experience to support: collect and compose detailed system requirements, upgrade documentation, and end-to-end integration testing.
Strong communication skills a must.
10 plus years experience
