Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of material procurement and order fulfillment in support of customer’s urgent events and special projects.
Analyzes standard contractual document, customer usage data, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts.
Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.
Coordinates with cross-functional groups to process all customer orders within contractual requirements
Monitors open orders to ensure that older orders are being prioritized through the entire order cycle (from approval to fulfillment)
Collects delivery information from a variety of sources to elevate urgent items to warehouse operations
Coordinate with Procurement Team to ensure parts and materials are delivered on schedule
Creates customer facing reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred. Military experience will be considered.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in customer order management and/or warehouse and order fulfillment operations
Experience with MS Office applications, ERP and WMS applications
Candidate must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and someone who takes initiative with minimal supervision
Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
