US Citizenship is required and a Secret Clearance is required
Bachelor’s in Information Technology, System Engineering, or Computer Science.
Minimum 8 years of systems engineering experience required with hands on experience implementing systems from initial concept through deployment.
Understanding of IT Service Management processes for supporting 17,000 users globally
Proficient with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, and Active Directory.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Citrix and VMWare.
Experience analyzing, implement and testing DISA STIG configuration settings for hardware and software.
Experience with performing advanced troubleshooting, conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective action plans.
Fluency with load balancing, high-availability and disaster recovery scenarios.
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework methodology, practices and roles.
