General Dynamics Information Technology Federal Civilian Division is currently looking for a part-time Quality Analyst Sr. Advisor to join our team in support of the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) at their Headquarters in Falls Church VA. The advisory support includes the following tasks:
Provide medical case analysis and consultation on issues arising out of the medical care provided at MTFs.
Analyze problems and trends utilizing the Joint Centralize Credentials Quality Assurance System (JCCQAS) and other databases.
Analyze, document, and determine risk factors and develop mitigation and risk reduction strategies. These strategies will be shared with Navy MTFs and Dental Treatment Facilities (DTFs), the fleet and marines.
Provide summaries of meetings including the High Reliability, Clinical, and Operational Safety.
Support the milSuite Sites and The Joint Commission conference requirements.
Support the Risk Manager in the readiness of documents to support transition requirements.
Prepare reports and ensure format compliance.
Prepare quarterly risk management reports for privileging authorities and risk managers from JCCQAS on the status of licensed and unlicensed providers.
Participates in special projects as required.
Master's Degree in a related field. Juris Doctorate, preferred.
10+ years in related experience in data analytics.
Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
Must be a U.S. citizen and obtain/have a NACLC (T3).
