GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) program.  GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, Delta Training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training.  Technical integration between simulation and C4I systems.  Establish /maintain training and exercise networks.  Accomplish Risk Management Framework Certification and Accreditation security and risk management activities.

USARPAC MTCCS Sr. Principal Trainer, Intelligence / Intelligence Analyst Expert - Part-Time On Call (PTOC)

Principle duties and Responsibilities:

  • Experienced Intelligence personnel who train and mentor core tradecraft learning requirements of the intelligence community

  • Defining exercise parameters; configuring system applications; setting-up databases; determining network connectivity; configuring switches; monitoring TCC system status; preparing and executing AAR; and integration with operational MI systems.

  • Develops and/or refines courseware and curricula to meet customer training needs, establishing course content and objectives.

  • Enhances student competencies in course-specific intelligence disciplines.

  • Evaluates student performance and makes recommendations for improvement.

  • May provide training at customer locations, as part of a mobile training team, or virtually.

  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.

  • Provides guidance and leadership to less experienced staff and may have supervisory responsibilities. 

  • Participates in special projects as required.


  • BS/BA in a related technical or military discipline. Master’s Degree preferred. 

  • 10 -15 years of experience                                                                      

  • Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations relevant to the subject discipline.

  • Experience in classroom instruction and courseware development. ​


  • Position requires TS/SCI w/poly


  • Professional Certification(s) may be required, depending on job assignment.

  • Baseline Certification: CompTIA Security+


  • Computing Environment

  • Certification: Microsoft MCSA: Windows 16

  • Candidate must have or be able to obtain a certificate or certification meeting evolving computing environment requirements


  • This position is Part-time On Call only

  • Travel to Hawaii for one week of training could be required

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $60.77 - $91.15, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
