General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is the Prime contractor for the Flight School XXI (FSXXI) program, which supports the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE). Located in Daleville, Alabama, GDIT owns and operates the facilities that provides flight simulator training.
We have an immediate opening for an Air Traffic Control Specialist in Daleville, AL. This position requires a minimum of six years ATC experience in controlled airspace at Air/Heliports and Army Stage Fields. Serve as a member and representative of the Operations team, able to operate simulator device and bay Instructor Operator Station (IOS) equipment in support of student pilot training, simulations service demonstrations, and facility tours. The successful candidate will be customer service oriented, with an understanding of USAACE mission and pilot instrument training. This position will require working non-traditional hours and some weekends.
