As a Business Process Analyst Expert analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams.
Serves as a lead analyst provides expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for very complex and multiple business process engagements.
Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.
Analyzes and defines new and existing business processes to take advantage of technology in a manner consistent with enterprise objectives and the enterprise software architecture.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to identifying and eliminating duplication, outsourcing opportunities, streamlining, centralizing, business improvement processes, manufacturing improvement processes, and/or vendor selection.
Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis.
Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices.
Recognized as a subject matter expert in business process analysis.
Participates in special projects as required.
Utilizes strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills throughout workplace performance.
Provide support in analysis of the agency and customers financial requirements.
Support analysis to propose requirements for planning, programming, budgeting, and execution.
BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technology field. Experience may be substituted for education.
5 years relevant experience
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility, based on a T5 or T5R investigation.
Experience working with financial planning and financial analysis a strong benefit.
Excellent written communication skill.
Candidate will be required to acquire DoD Instruction 8570 Level II Certification within 6 months of assignment
