As an Administrative Assistant III, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
This position requires a strong level of autonomy, the ability to be proactive, and the ability to use sound judgement to make independent decisions following broad or detailed guidance and direction
A majority of the work performed is transactional in nature, in a dynamic work environment. This position is customer-facing where routine interaction with line officers, supervisors and managers within and beyond the divisions, to include the front office level is expected
This position is part of one or more Enterprise Services Specialist teams, working with one or more executive officers and will back-up leadership on, facilities, IT, space, HR, and task management duties
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to apply attention to details to tasks are required to accurately convey administrative and mission related information. This position is for 1.0 FTE/1860.0 Hours annually.
The position may require lifting up to 50 pounds of material and moving collapsible partitions between conference rooms.
Travel to other government buildings with 25 miles using candidate's personally owned vehicle is occasionally required and will be reimbursed.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Core hours ar8:00AM to 4:00PM M-F but the actual duty day is flexible and will be adjusted as mission requires
Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own
This position is on customer site
