SENIOR SENSITIVE ACTIVITIES MANAGER

Ensure the safety and security of our nation as a Sr. Sensitive Activities Mgr at GDIT. You’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. How a Sr. Sensitive Activities Mgr will make an impact:

  • Provides Sensitive Activities (SA) and HUMINT support to SOJTF-C through collaboration with FBI partners by supporting the Chief of Staff and Commanding General.

  • Assisting in the identification, tracking, allocation, and determination of CONUS based source leads with access to the required AOR, as directed by the command team.

  • Acts as the POC for current/future operations for the FBI.

  • Identify potential future collaborative efforts between the FBI and the DoD in the AOR including joint operations, partner force engagements and strategic messaging.

  • Acts as the DoD lead for SA/HUMINT operations based in Afghanistan for an FBI Counterterrorism Division (CTD) which requires briefing new leads, traveling to FBI field offices, coordinating travel and establishing priorities of work for future sources.

  • All source leads can have the ability to be a joint operation with an FBI case agent.

  • Search and identify source leads through FBI and DoD databases. Must have knowledge of online HUMINT operations.

  • Utilization of open-source databases is essential. Must have previous operational experience in a management capacity for SA and HUMINT operations in the CENTCOM AOR.

  • Preferred candidate will have prior interagency experience.

  • Collaboration with FBI personnel is essential which includes meetings, briefings and de-briefings.

  • Interactions include SES level of FBI, Field Office Special Agents in Charge, Squad Supervisory Special Agents, US Military General Officers and SES across the interagency. Must have working knowledge on VEOs and Strategic Competitors in the AOR to properly identify the right type of asset.

  • Able to develop a source profile.

  • Basic understanding of minimized SIGINT tools is helpful.

This position is based in Washington, D.C.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • ASOT MNGR

  • ATC/ASOT LVL III

  • SA/HUMINT deployment to CENTCOM (preferably Afghanistan)

  • SOF deployments in SA/HUMINT

  • HUMINT Targeting Experience

  • Desk officer experience desired

  • Utilization of the following TS tools: CRATE, NGT, CIA WIRE, DIA Source, NSA Pulse, FBI Sentinel, VOLTRON tools and QLIX

  • Previous interagency experience (preferably with FBI)

  • Possess a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance

  • BS and 5 or equivalent yrs of experience.
