Our work depends on a Mobile Device Systems Engineer joining our team to support Government activities in Washington, D.C.
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Mobile Device Systems Engineer supporting the Government, you will be charged with engineering solutions for smartphone mobile devices management systems and windows-based tablets.
In this role, a typical day may include:
Designing system architectures to include the software hardware, and communications to support the total requirements and provides for present and future cross functional requirements and interfaces
Providing comprehensive definition of all aspects of system development from analysis of mission needs to verification of system performance
Reviewing and deploying DISA STIGS through Mobile Device Management (MDM) Configuration and Compliance Policies via Blackberry, Microsoft Intune, and/or other future MDM systems.
Creating and testing MDM policies on mobile devices such as smart phones, tablets, and laptops.
Creating build documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for MDM systems for transition to Operation teams.
Configuring Apple Business Management to synchronize with organizational MDM systems to enable supervised iOS devices.
Creating, editing, and reviewing Microsoft 365 Azure Active directory groups and accounts.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly.
Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with mobile device management and enterprise mobile management infrastructure
MD-100: Modern Desktop Certification Windows Client certification required
MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops certification required
