Provide a comprehensive Anti-Terrorism {AT) and Physical Security Countermeasures (PSC) program, and Contingency Planning (CP) security support to the Customer. The AT/PSC/CP Officer is a security professional who provides a variety of support relating to force protection, physical security countermeasures, contingency planning, and response force exercise coordination efforts. This officer also provides support for the planning and implementation of new and modification of existing integrated electronic and IT-based physical security management systems for use at Customer Government facilities.

Anti-Terrorism/Physical Security Countermeasures/Contingency Planning Officer Tasks:
Conduct vulnerability assessments of customer related facilities and prepare detailed findings documentation for review and approval by the USG;
Develop contingency plans related to emergency activities to prepare and
respond to emerging threats and incidents affecting the customer for review and approval by the USG;
Make recommendations, using risk management principles, for sound mitigation techniques using proven and field-tested systems
Interact and coordinate activities related to AT/PSC/CP with a wide variety of headquarters and field offices for proper integration and implementation of developed plans, with review and approval of the USG;
Conduct AT/PSC review for modifications to existing facilities and for the acquisition of Government-owned and leased facilities supporting customer missions; preparing detailed reporting documentation, to include assessment findings, prioritized recommendations, and related guidance for USG approval;
Work with various security and facilities staffs to ensure the use of AT/PSC best practices in acquisition, lease, or modification to customer facilities;
Plan and conduct USG approved AT/PSC/CP exercises and related training;
Provide professional briefings and indoctrinations to military and civilian audiences at various organizational levels
Conduct policy research, and make recommendations, covering new tactics, techniques, and procedures;
Perform short-term (90 days or less) Temporary Duty (TDY) CONUS and OCONUS travel;
Conduct market research, investigate existing, new, and emerging technologies by attending (at Government discretion) key trade shows, symposiums, working groups, etc. and interacting with vendors, engineers, developers, and other users in order to gain knowledge of state of the art and state of the industry information and make recommendations to the customer.
This position requires an individual who possesses a positive attitude, organizational skills, a drive to focus and produce results, and the ability to lead a team to provide an excellent customer experience, while effectively managing
customer relationships in a constantly changing and evolving environment. Provides team leadership and GDIT employee management.
Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation. Coordinates the creation and posting of requisitions, review candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring selections

Directs program activities to meet client and organization work objectives.
Serve as an initial point of contact for the government customer in regard to elements related to the positions, roles, responsibilities, and performance of assigned team members.
Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.
Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
Provide team members with mentorship and career development
Ensure employees are in compliance with time reporting requirements
Ensure employees are in compliance with corporate training requirements
Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelors Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional
training, or work/military experience.

15+ years of related experience supporting military operations.
*** All personnel shall possess at least one certification in national or international Anti-Terrorism (AT), Physical Security Countermeasures (PSC), or Contingency Planning (CP). ***
The AT/CPO Level III position is subject matter expert (SME) security professional. The AT/PCS/CP Level III shall possess all Level II qualifications and the following additional qualifications. Included within the years of relevant
experience must be the following:
At least 2 years working with physical security aspects of building construction;
Practical knowledge and experience of variety of anti-terrorism and force protection principles; physical security countermeasure practices and contingency planning methodology;
Practical knowledge and experience implementing physical security principles related to force protection;
emergency response planning; and facility security countermeasures;
Practical knowledge and experience applying anti-terrorism and force protection principles;
Practical knowledge and experience with IT-based security management systems; to include but not limited to:
Closed Circuit TV (CCTV); physical access control; and intrusion detection systems;
Experience performing AT/PSC/CP assessment of Government facilities; sites; and locations. The assessment includes but is not limited to vulnerability and threat analysis;
Experience determining countermeasures based on risk analysis;
Practical knowledge and experience with physical security aspects of building construction; to include working with blue prints and related technical construction documents.
