The AA will carry primary responsibility to accomplish a focused set of tasks on behalf of Sponsor personnel assigned or detailed into the partners footprint. Specifically, these tasks ensure that the Sponsor personnel secure accounts for computer access and are added to necessary IT resources. The AA will be responsible for regular interaction with managers and supervisors located at partner HOS, HR and Security professionals at Sponsor headquarters in Springfield, VA, and various personnel in the Mission Centers to ensure prompt response to administrative actions. Effective verbal and written communication are essential. The AA will participate in monthly meetings to discuss the status of all personnel awaiting computer access, so the ability to present information in a briefing is desirable. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week/1860 hours per year) with the option of working a very flexible schedule during the office hours. The office opens at 3:30am and closes at 6:30pm.

The AA should have intermediate level MS Excel and Outlook Skills. Basic level PowerPoint Skills and Sharepoint skills. The AA will also use the Sponsor's Access Request System and Internal Communication System. Prior experience with Sponsor Systems is preferred but training can be provided.
