GDIT’s Early Career positions are designed with you in mind!  Our new graduate opportunities are intended for recent college graduates with 0-1 year of professional work experience.  At GDIT, every day, we influence how the government serves the country and its citizens.  Starting your career with GDIT, allows you the opportunity to be a part of critical missions that don’t just shape the world, but the individual.

Positions range from: Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Proposal Writing, and more. A Day in the Life  

• Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives 
• Collate and maintain customer information 
• Work with stakeholders to understand what insights are needed to support business goals 
• Various duties that enhance the productivity and procedures of the company 
   

The Must-Haves 

• Recent college graduates with 0-1 year of professional work experience
• Possess an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a United States based college or university within a business related discipline, or scheduled to obtain a degree by Winter 2022 or Spring/Summer 2023
• Demonstrates decision-making skills
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Intuitive with an ability to identify and solve complex problems         
• Understanding of business models and market trends

What you Offer as a Stand-Out Candidate 

• Familiarity with general business principles and processes, preferably in the defense contracting industry 

• Some knowledge of project management
