HOW AN IDENTITY SYSTEMS ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Lead engineering and implementation of ICAM capabilities in our capability lab and support delivery of tailored Identity based solutions to program customers.
Lean in and directly support program teams with unique Identity related implementation and troubleshooting needs
Work with various leading tool vendors in the Identity marketplace to research and identify solution capabilities that fit Defense customer requirements and align with new and evolving standards in the ICAM/ZT space
Engage hands on keyboard to create new integrations and capabilities to meet dynamic demonstration and mission specific use case scenarios that help customers understand the value of the ICAM solutions for their mission
Support the development of demonstration work products, to include PowerPoint slides, narrated videos, Graphics, and marketing materials to inspire our customers about mission possibilities by leveraging unique GDIT capabilities to meet mission requirements
Act as the conduit for connecting tailored GDIT Enterprise capabilities to specific and unique requirements of the customer to positively shape final requirements for the related contract opportunities.
Integrate with our Solutioning Team, System Engineering Team, and ITSM Factory team to bring best of our solutions to the customer before the proposal
Bring forward your passion for technology used within the Enterprise IT space and that will advance our teams efforts to broaden our team’s impact to customer missions across the Defense Marketplace
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Batchelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
Required Experience: 8 years+ of progressive technical and customer experience, or 12 years in lieu of a degree.
Security Clearance Level: Requires an active Secret Clearance, Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance required.
Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills that enable innovative design and technical thought leadership in a rapidly evolving business environment. Demonstrated Technical Knowledge and Experience in Identity Solutions, such as Active Directory User Objects and Attributes, and Market leading tools in access management.
Candidates will need a demonstrated track record in delivering solutions with minimal oversight.
Desired Technical Skills: , Red Hat Directory Service, PKI Certificate Administration (X509), Federation technologies and integration approaches, JAVA, C++, Python, .NET, Basic Cloud Identity Management Knowledge, and Market leading tools in access management (e.g., OKTA, PING, CyberArk).
Location: Remote, Telework with around 25% travel.
The likely salary range for this position is $112,000 - $168,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
