Core Hours: 8-4 The AA will be working independently with the office's senior managers. Very important and discreet topics will be discussed and may be very sensitive and confidential. Therefore the AA will be attending their respective staff meetings for which it will be imperative to stay abreast of what is going on with the department. Additional duties may include back-filling the front office admins in case of unexpected leave or if AL overlaps for a few days. The offices are casual and work life balance is the office's priority so flexible schedules are an option. It may be required to provide support from other locations within WMA, be prepared to travel to the building on a designated day or possible last minute. This doesn't happen often but if needed you will be expected to go. TDY opportunities must be discussed with the managers. Thorough knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office, the Internet, and other internal applications necessary to complete routine and moderately complex tasks. Taskings include creating/editing slide decks and entering data in excel as well as formatting spreadsheets. Keeping accurate and updated calendars for the principals. Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference rooms and timesheet monitoring and coordination. Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools is key. Intermediate level skills with the ability to create, edit and format documents and presentations using the MS suite of tools. Dexterity with Power Point, Microsoft outlook and Word is a must. Ability to enter data and create basic tables in Excel. Ability to learn how to use OneNote for communication and documenting of processes with the team.
